For the swivel-frame Barret-Jackson mega-bucks project truck. Late 1966 early 1967 engine out of a D500 grain truck. Should be the 318-3 super premium heavy duty engine with forged crank, hydraulic lifters, etc. Haven't opened the packaging yet since it's snowing outside and I haven't made room for it in the garage. Runs good with 90psi in 6 cylinders; 80psi in 1 cylinder; 40psi in 1 cylinder. Hopefully just a stuck valve. Complete with bell housing and all accessories.
Have a few leads on NP 435 transmissions with driver-side PTO openings to run a front winch. Otherwise, I will use an NP 420.
This will be my first V-8 project. I will be looking to you guys for a lot of help and advice. Thanks!
