Early 1060's D400 Value ?

I've been watching this old girl for awhile (2 years?).

Finally had a few minutes to look over it.

Body so so, Poly motor looks intact. Tires need replaced (? 8-22.5?). Stake bed, but has what looks to be a PTO lever over on the Pass side. 84k miles on the clock.

I was thinking $1500 if it ran and didn't show major issues. (Don't expect to have brakes)
