Brake Drum Hub Removal Question '48 FFPW

After removing the three screws holding the hub to the brake drum, what's the next step?

Should I drive out each individual lug bolt with a hammer after first protecting the threads with a nut? Or, should I try to drive the hub and lug bolts as a unit? Or, do I need to use a press to drive out the bolts first and then the hub?

Does heating the drum with a torch help?

Any help would be appreciated.
