Put the 3 bolts in as suggested. Tighten them up then smack the drum to loosen the drum. Tighten the bolts again then smack the drum again. Repeat until it is off. You can soak the joint where the drum and hub join with PB Blaster or something similar. You could also heat the joint then tighten the bolts. Be careful when smacking the drum. I usually hit it near the joint with the hub. They can be a little stubborn.
