Forget 120 volt power Plasma. You need the power of 220 volt for heavy cutting. I have a Thermal Dynamics that will do a genuine 7/8" cut and rough sever 1.5". Yet turned down and with a drag tip, I cut 20 gauge. I bought mine on a great deal. It was used by the dealer for one weekend as a demo. Full warantee and new consumables for a price I simply could not refuse. Stay with a quality name brand. You must make sure your air supply is clean and dry !
