I would have preferred a stick building. However, a sign company over here went out of business and I bought a building that they had disassembled for $3,000. Since it was already assembled here once they didn't make me pay the fee for engineering again. It came with all of the metal and one overhead door, (no poles)... I hope to have it completed for around 10K doing most of the work myself.
