I understand the appeal of a pole building and have some of my own and have built some.
But if you have plans to pour a slab in it, wire for lights and insulate for heat down the road don't go pole.
Build a stick frame 6" walls and trusses on 2 foot centers setting on a footing and frost wall.If you decide to wire and insulate later you will be building a building inside of a building, much more money. Here in Idaho now we have to run all of the wireing in conduit unless it is behind sheetrock. My warning is count the cost brother.
