Wheel bearing removal on 78, Stuck???

I finaly got my wheels and axels out today and pulled the seal. To find bearings falling out with it! I poped the bearing puller on it and had my way at it but no luck the bottum metal ring is stuck and all i was getting out was the bars and peices of it. How can i get it out??
