STUCK MANIFOLD

The intake/exhaust mainfold on my 230 PW engine is rusted in place and will not move. The problem area is the 2 studs that go through the exhaust portion just below the crab.These were so badly rusted that I had to split the nuts to get them off.

Any good tricks to break the internal rust
and free the manifold. I dont care if the old manifold is damaged since it was broken when I got the PW.
