Sealing dipstick connection to oilpan

This is the 3rd time I resealed the diptick connection into the oilpan last night and come to find out today I had to turn my truck off after i found it over heating because all 7 quarts of new oil had leaked out over night. What should i use to seal it i tryed teflon on a stick and tape and gasket sealer. What else should I try???
