The frame rivets would need to be hot riveted. This is actually doable at home. You'll need the bucking bar, air hammer with correct rivet bit, and a red hot rivet. It also helps to have a wife who will hold the bucking bar. Definately a two man job. Do wear goggles and leather gloves.
