more frame questions

I think I found a replacement frame rail that I can afford. Unfortunately I haven't found a complete frame.I was wondering if the rivets can be replaced with bolts. I work on commercial aircraft for a living so riveting isn't too much of a problem exept for having to anneal the rivets before shooting them and I don't think my neighbors will appreciate the noise.
