Hmmm...Looks like a Power Wagon-M-37 Hybrid Covertable! You mean The Dodge Dakota was not the FIRST Dodge with a rag top... Cool looking truck, but probably does not have much collector value tho.

BTW..I am gonna have a good complete M-37 Rolling chassis here soon, I been contemplating putting Early Power Wagon front sheet metal on it and Cab as well and making a SWB Power Wagon...
