Returning Craftsman Tools rachets at Sears

I was really diappointed a few years back when I took a rachet in for replacement and they gave me a "new" one. Was a cheaper version with a plastic selector and the body handle was used like a hammer.

Wore another one (metal selector)out and took it in today. They naturally only had the newer version and I asked if I could just have a rebuild kit for it. Guy said if your willing to wait we can just rebuild yours here. EUREKA!!!!

15 minutes and I got my old rachet back. I'd highly suggest anyone getting one replaced look into doing it as once you loose your metal you probably wont get another. If they refuse, try another Sears or ask for a manager.
