My Power Wagon is experiencing severe brake pedal deflection and a pulse sensation. I also have a very low brake pedal. I have replaced one bent right front hub and sand-blasted inside @ hub mating surface. I have sent drum and hub assemblies for machining. Re-installed hubs and drums, re-packed wheel bearings. As soon as wheels are torqued onto vehicle, I continue to experience severe run out in the drums. I have bled brakes multilple times and still experience low brake pedal, but believe that it is from innaccurate brake adjustment, due to drum deflection. The only thing that I can figure is @ the hub mating surface on the drum, there is a double ring incorporated in the drum surface. Possibly rust builds up inside welded ring? I have tried multiple sets of drums with the same outcome. Is this a common problem, that I have? How can I fix it? thanks for your help! Jack McDevitt.
