Could be a lot of things. Until I pull all the drums and look, I can only guess. I do know that my extreme pulsation problem begins as soon as I apply the brakes (not every time, but just once in a while), but before they've had a chance to get hot. What's strange is that it comes and goes very abruptly. All the things I can think of would be more consistently bad.
