thank you all. Yes, it is a flat fender, and I have been able to get all three flat head slotted screws out with my old hand impact driver. Then I backed off the adjustment screws (i believe all the way), but I still can't pull the drums off. This truck has sat for twenty years...could the shoes be frozen against the drums, in the slots they cut over the years? If I take the hub hub assembly off as an assembly, I still can't get to the shoes and cylinders, but I could take it to a machine shop to see they could pull it apart.
