The pulley is held in place by a cap screw threaded into the shaft. I guess the screw came out and the pulley began to wobble, and now it's tapered from 11/16" to about 7/8".
If I can't find one, I am going to check with the local machine shop and see if he can sleeve it and re-machine it.
