I use Walters flap disks. They are high quality and really last. You can get them in different arbor screw on sizes, or a no thread hole and then use the screw on retainer. In a pinch I have tried NAPA and some other brands, they just dont last. Now I buy them in a 10 pack sleeve so I dont run out.
