Hi Tom. They say they are for metal. Come in 40, 60, and 80 grit. They do a good job, just don't seem to last very long. But they are all I have to compare to, so I don't know what I can expect. These are pretty large welds. He welded on both sides of everything. I's always easier to lay it down than to pick it up. :)
