Heat Riser

My 74 W200 came without a heat riser and I'm trying to locate where I could get one, I bought I used one from someone over the internet, unfortunately it didn't seem right for my truck?

If anyone could post pictues of there I might be able to modify it enough to get it to work. Or if someone has one laying around for a 318. Also I need to know which side it goes on?

oh and does anyone know where I can get the whole original choke setup so I don't have to use this retarded manual one.
