the pedal assembly changed for the late ffpws. 1967-68 had a dual master mounted under the floor. between wdx and 1967 the transmission, transmission hump and left side floorboard changed only once as far as i can recall, so i believe you should be able to reinstall the pedal. the clearance between the pto and bracket is tight so you might have to remove the pto to reinstall the pedal. personally, id rather remove the entire transmission than fight to remove and reinstall the pto. let us know how you make out.
