I can't think of a reason why someone would do that on purpose. Especially at a rally where everyone is there for the same reason and to have fun. I hope it was done inadvertantly by someone who didn't know better. Glass half full sort of looking at it :)
Regardless, it must have sucked that you couldn't use Smokey! Hopefully, you got to ride another PW.
