I guess I'll play the role of the descenter. I have an unrestored WC1 and I have contemplated many time to sell it but I can't seem to part with it. As WCs are rather rare IMO they are most appealing when they are returned to thei orginal stock configuration. Relatively speaking there are a ton of M37s and even FFPWs in comparison so molesting a WC is hard for me to do. Understandibly some "in service" modifications are okay and preferable. But I don't understand why do people want to make a 70 year old truck into a daily driver? just my thoughts.
