If you want a nice nostalgic driver, just fix it as is. they are great solid trucks.
If you want more of a daily driver, some off roading but good on the street, Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering and possibly a repower with a small block mopar.
If you want to go off roading, well then it all depends on the extend or magnitude of the off roading.
