I find as I get older I try to cram extra stuff into my day and this is not always a good thing, but what's worse is when you NEED a day off and "everyone" crams extra stuff into your day. I sympathize and wish you a little peace. May you eventually come to recognize the signs that appear at the start of a day like this, then develop the ability to force yourself to take your time and only do the bare minimum - the sun will still come up tomorrow.
