I pulled the plugs and all had good clean coloring with no sign of oil fouling at all.
I drained the oil and dropped the pan. No sign of any parts or pieces in the pan and very little magnetic debris in the oil. I couldn't see any thing obvious, but the truck is outside, it was getting dark and I had both eyes filled with 61 year old dirt and grime, so I decided to wait until tomorrow to look more thoroughly.
