Pull the plugs to elimate all your compression when trying to turn it over. I'm with Tom on pulling the pan then if it won't move in either direction very far. Something must be wedged in there. If it's something major there will be shavings/parts in the pan or you'll see a loose rod cap. That's a bad one and hope it's not something big, Kevin
