Most of those things wouldn't come and go, with severe pulsation some times and no pulsation other times. I do have a bad feeling that something important is coming loose, but so far it's not obvious what it is. Sometimes I hear and feel a clunk from the undercarriage for no good reason (not hitting a rock or going over a rut) as if something is slipping. It serms like a wheel bearing would have to be really bad to cause this much out-of-roundness, but anything's possible on this old beater truck.
