This is a very good post. It brings up a subject that is important to the seller of vehicles. As a seller you must protect yourself. Not saying that AAA would do anything. But the original seller may still be liable if anything happens between the time the original seller sold it and the next person titles it. Liabilites can range from parking tickets, towing/impound fees, accident liabilites and etc.
