Jerry,all my trucks were California trucks with the exception of my 2006. The 2006 is the only one to have a cat and it came from Texas. FYI they are now requiring smog tests here in California for diesels.As far as the Jake brake,I think the Cummins dealer won't sell the brake kit to automatic transmission owners due to liability reasons.
