On the 64 W power wagon ,I decided to remove the plow > we dont need it we have other equipment for snow . So when taking off the plow ,the rear bracket(s) were welded to the upper shock bracket and the frame . I neatly cut off the welds, separated the shock brackets from the plow brackets and shock brackets from the frame > the right side of the frame is good the left side of the frame at the shock bracket had broken all at the welds that someone had put there and had been re welded heavy 6 ,8 passes of poor welding > all the heat at that spot and the banging of the plow created a weak spot and even the bolt holes for the shock brackets are messy > which is best fix just weld frame inside and out properly ,or plate the inside or the frame and stitch it as in doubling up the material at this point .My concern that the frame were the multiple passes was heated way over heated and any welding there would not be sufficient to avoid cracking again ~ Copey
