Some people are using 50wt motor oil.
I guess I'm to "old school" to buy into that.
80/140 works best for us and I think it would be perfect for your climate.
Also as Chris stated, very important to use a small dab of silicone on the splines in the yokes.
Hopefully you used new production seals. If you used NOS. you must soak them in oil
at least overnight,before installing or they will leak.
