My wifes grandpa told me how they used to use 600w gear oil diffs and etc.They used to blow out alot of rear ends in the winter months beacus the 600 gear oil would freeze solid and the ring gear would be in a channel of no lube.I think 600 w gearoil should be called grease. Steve
