... a 24v pump? Use a 12v pump and you won't have a problem. Otherwise, the easiest way would be to build or buy an inverter power supply to step up the voltage to the pump. Wiring the batteries in series will get you 24v, but will wipe out your charging isolation circuit - not a good plan.
