Yep. I just connected a hose to the overflow tube from the radiator. With my V8 I was loosing fluid from time to time. I put a small cn next to the radiator and have not had a problem since.
You should not be loosing fluid just because your going around a corner. I bet it is simply because of thermal expansion of the fluids.
