Exactly Dennis. We have the camera's around here now. Big seller now is a clear sprayable film that somehow makes the plate unreadable when photographed.
Had a family friend get a letter in the mail about running a stop light. Come to find out it was the car dealership tech going to get lunch with my friends truck while they were "working" on it. Pic had the guy eating a burger while running the light!
