I found out the hard way that there is only one pto that will fit the NP540. And, it seems the Dodge NP540 is different than other NP540s.
It might be easier to do as Tim suggested, convert to hydraulic. Paul in NY is running at least one MU2 winch with a hydraulic pump. You could sell your pto and buy the hydraulic motor and add a power steering pump, unless your truck already has one. Or sell the NOS 540 and re-build your 435.
