I am in Sugar Land, down the street from the old sugar factory (close to Alt 90 and 59, if you know where that is). You got a nice truck for $500 - even if just for the winch alone! Why are you selling your bed; going with a different type?
I'll let you know if I end up needing a bed. From what everyone is saying though, I may check into a truck I looked at a while back that had a bed (but no winch or seat) and was pretty rust free for $2500. Seems to be the going rate for a decent truck from what I have seen.
I'd like to check out your truck and hear about your plans for it sometime - might give me some ideas.
