Help ID'ing engine and carb

I could use a little help identifying the engine in my W500, and the carburetor. I can't seem to google the casting number on the carb (6-1452 R) to any degree of success.

I think the motor is a 413 RB big block, but I'm not sure where to look exactly for identification info, and after 2 hours searching on Google I can't find anything definitive.

I can see what might be a partial serial number "TR41" but part of it seems to be covered up. I can also read "7-28" right near it. Neither looks like a serial number though.
