In a follow up from the post of fitting a 96 burb roof to a carryall, I have had no luck in my area for one in a junk yard. Does anyone know if there are replacement panels available? The pics from the replacement look pretty darn good, but I was wondering if finding one would be worth the effort. For paul and the others who have welded in a steel roof, how much metal work was required to fit the back corners?
on another topic, can someone tell me what I should expect to pay for a sheet of 16ga and 11ga cold rolled? There is only one metal supply place in my area and I think they are not "walk in" friendly.
