there is a 2 barrel carter used on the truck 318s. it is a reliable carb and will be just what you need on a stock 318 poly. i went with a new edelbrock on my rebuilt 360. it was pure plug and play. the only tuning required was to adjust the idles. if they have a 2bbl available, i would snap one up.
