1978 Power Wagon/Made By Dodge???

I was informed that it would be hard to find parts for a 1978 Power Wagon because at one time dodge had actually said "We didnt make this". I would think that this would make it a special truck? I know I have seen meny out their. If you can help me find a parts dealer, for body parts please message me?
