Disassembled, and patina'd. But it has some kind of a bellhousing adapter. Round on one end, can't remember of the other end is the Nissan end, or if the engine is SAE and the adapter is to IH tranny? Might be just what you need. Or not. I'll go pull the tarp off tomorrow.
