ABJECT STUPIDITY

Was just exploring in the govt auctions and saw something that blew my mind. someone has managed to screw around and lose his collecter mopar to the govt, to be auctioned off for something, taxes or whatever. 1969 dodge daytona 426/425 4/speed, one of 22 built one of 11 still known to exist. HOW in the name of ma-mopar does anyone get to be so stupid?? Dave.
