I use a skip tooth chisel on a 24" bar. Stihl 034 super AV. If you are cutting firewood, measure 16" from the tip of the bar and draw a line on the bar so you can use is as a quick measuring stick for making all your rounds the same length.

Ripchain is for milling your own lumber when using a Alaskan sawmill type setup.
