Paul my point is not that they are prone to prolbems just that you are dealing with miltiple parts rather than one part (booster). with all new partws you would probably get the same or maybe a little less life span out of the hydro boost if used as a work turck daily. i have replaced or repaired many of both systems. cost is about the same either way. in the end the hydro boost provides more PSI to the system.
