I could but i weld a lot and have access to many different machines, lathes ,drill presses , milling machinces ect and a good supply of steel to piece it > dont under estimate the shaft turning slowly if it breaks at your weld > YOU NOW HAVE A WHIPPING shaft busting eveything in its way hopefully it would break the yoke off but i would suspect you could be out of the power wagon bussines for some time if parts in the transmission and PTO get damaged > fist choice get a used one or new depending on $$$$$ or go to a real machine shop /welding shop have a pro stitch it up > only my opinion subject to much critizism ~ Copey
