last night north of here Ontario provincial police officers stopped a car at a road side spot check > the officers were in the process of arresting the driver on a drug charge > the driver struggled free then got in his vehicle and spead off injurring another officer > a chase started down a ways they threw out a spike belt but the get away car missed it the chase got up to some very high speeds > when the driver of the get away car slammed head on into another vehilcle killing the guy fleeing the scene and the innocent driver of a south bound car > my question is if the driver fleeing the scene has disobeyed a stop > fought and fled the scene and injured one officer > and then used a vehicle to escape police was/could the use of deadly force to stop this wacko i mean these event s alway hurt someone innocent when they end > i think when some one crosses the line in case like that they are potential killers and its shot gun time to stop them ? ~ Copey
