Leave the anti freeze in her. Anti freeze has rust preventors in it. When I used to lay up my Chrysler and Hercules marine engines for the winter, I used Storage Seal. Its made by Mercury Marine. Comes in a spray can. You run the engine at idle and slowly discharge the contents down thru the carb. The engine smokes like crazy. When your down to about 1/4 can, you quickly discharge the rest of the can into the carb, which will shut down the engine. This leave a sticky oil coating inside the engine. In the spring, expect a lot of smoke when you start her. The Storage Seal will all burn out in a few minutes and smoke will stop.
Charge the battery and bring it in a warm place. Its best if you trickle charge the battery a few times during the winter.
I am sure any Merc or Mercrusier dealer will have Storage Seal
